Our Town, Our Canvas
The fence project does two things that accomplish CPAL goals: it adorns our outdoor public spaces and encourages arts activities among our community residents. Making art available to all, as artists or observers, is at the center of CPAL activities. Sharing art strengthens community and encourages civic solidarity.
